TAR UMT’s Arena is conceptualised like a grand coliseum with a formal colonade of tall columns hugging the sides of a hill. It is a landmark six-storey Student Centre and Multi-Purpose complex that embodies green, tropical design with GBI certification. It features Malaysia’s first roof top FIFA-certified football pitch and IAAF-approved running, alongside extensive facilities including lecture and exam halls, an auditorium, multipurpose halls, and an innovation centre. The Arena also houses student activity spaces such as music practice rooms, a lion dance and gymnastics room, futsal and basketball courts, and retail outlets. Designed to foster creativity, sportsmanship, and community, the building offers ample parking and serves as a vibrant hub for learning, recreation, and campus life.
