Once an underused space of three idle tennis courts, this project transforms the site into a vibrant sports and wellness hub featuring pickleball and padel courts, F&B areas, fitness studios, and a beauty salon. Each function sits in its own building, linked by walkways that encourage movement and social interaction. The design embraces the site’s natural terrain—split levels create dynamic spaces and maximize views. Simple box and pitched-roof forms blend with greenery and blue courts, fostering a strong connection to nature. The result is a welcoming destination that promotes community, well-being, and an active, connected lifestyle.
