The Graph Hotel explores the “Urban Nomad” concept. This 14-storey Cheras hotel is a high-density hub integrating co-working, co-living, and wellness zones like a gym and pickleball court. A breezeway at Level 4 features a café, events space, and yoga deck.

The façade’s monochromatic grid is punctuated by carved voids, broken by the double-volume pocket garden at the Level 3 lobby. Rendered partially visible from the exterior, this garden is a dynamic expression, featuring a sculptural spiral staircase over a reflective pond that connects the lobby to the breezeway above.
This theme of connection continues inward. The lobby is oriented to frame views of the passing MRT, connecting occupants to urban rhythms. Fostering a dialogue between inside and outside, the hotel demonstrates how hospitality can be programmed beyond accommodation to become a vibrant anchor for urban life.
